To do the useful thing,
to say the courageous thing,
to contemplate the beautiful thing:
that is enough for one man's life.
T. S. Eliot, The Use of Poetry and the Use of Criticism
About Me
Paige E. Patterson can usually be found reading, writing, or talking about books. In the first grade, after reading Little House in the Big Woods, Paige decided she wanted to be an author so she could “write her own stories.” To date, her publications include “The Siren and The Sea” and poems, “6:15pm” and “To a Sea Lion,” all of which were selected for publication in the literary journal, Metonym. When not absorbed in her latest read, Paige loves going for walks in the beautiful oak strewn nature preserve behind her home. She lives in California, with her husband and extended family.

Paige E. Patterson is an active member of SCBWI, and has over eight years of experience in copyediting and beta reading.
